This cemetery is in a field on the east side of DeGraaf Road, Charlton, NY. Donald Keefer, historian at Glenville, NY copied 8 headstones in 1971. The property was originally part of Captain John Van Patten's farm, then the Swarts and is currently owned by Dorothy Zurack. The foundation of his old house is nearby in a clump of woods with lots of burdock weed about. Look for a few stones in the middle of the field under a tree with a small fence.
