Family farm of Phillip Crounse and Anna Maria Schwartz located on the old George F. Crounse (last owner) farm a mile south of Altamont on the private road to the house on the left side of this road about 500 feet from the house. Altamont, Albany NY, Family plot unfortunately has been obliterated and a playground now covers the graves. Some new monuments have been added by daughters of George Crounse, the last Crounse family member to own Phillip's home.
