Israel Seacord sold the plot next to his family burial plot for the Methodist Episcopal to be built. Now there is no boundy line between the 2 cemetery so listing includes both cemeteries. Also listed here are the names From Saint John's Methodist Church (aka Green Churdh) Main Street New Rochelle that were removed from there for urban renewal up to SeacordMethodist cemeteries and in one plot some headstones were moved also. All might not be there but the headstones insciptions are taken from the "Tomestone Insciptions Records of all Inscriptions of old Cemeteries" by the New Rochelle Chapter of the DAR written in 1939-1940 this also includes some of the names in the Seacord and 1st Methodist Church also entered here.
